 Location
Bemowo district (with the surface of 2500 hectares) is situated on the Western out skirts of the town and constitutes its natural border. In the South, it is bordered by railway line, in the East - by an airport and in the West the district cuts across rural areas and almost reaches the edge of the Kampinowski Forest.
Culture and recreation
Bemowo district is slowly changing from Warsaw's dormitory into the place of rest and cultural development. In the district, there are: a public library, "Bemowo Cultural and Educational Centre" and several district clubs, as well as 5 sport clubs, 3 swimming pools and 3 tennis courts. In Bielany district, it is possible to take advantage of the rich collections of Public Library and its 8 branches and of the recreational offer provided for by 14 sports clubs and 4 cultural centres.
Investments
In the framework of the "Technopolis" concept, Bemowo aims at creation of a science and technology park on its territory. An essential asset of the "Technopolis" is the possibility of location of offset commitments resulting from governmental agreements within the science and technology park.
